Philip Yong
Philip has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of audit & assurance, taxation and business advisory for various types of companies and businesses. He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, Certified Practising Accountants of Australia and Asean Chartered Professional Accountants.
He started his professional career with one of the Big 4 accounting firms for a period of 5 years and subsequently worked in the commercial arena for another 8 years before founded his own accounting firm in 2004 acting as a licensed Tax Agent and an approved Company Auditor. With exposures on both sides of the table as a business executive as well as a public accountant, he is well poised to help and advise SMEs in their demanding business environment.

Chu Vun Henn
Associate Partner - Audit & Corporate Advisory
Having managed a branch of one of the Big 4, Mr Chu has extensive experienced in providing audit & assurance, tax advisory & compliance works, internal audit, corporate advisory and reporting accountant assignments involving public listed companies, private entities and local district councils covering major industries such as plantation, timber, aquaculture, education and tourism. He is currently based in Tawau practising under his own firm VH Chu & Associates.
He is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and The Institute of Internal Auditors of Malaysia.
Angeline Wong
Associate Partner - Audit & Taxation
Angeline started her career in a Big 4 firm in 1991 covering audits of large plantations, agriculture companies and bank branches. Later she was involved in business consultation, audit and taxation of SME clients ranging from retails, financial services, education, construction, hotels to tourism as well as cooperatives and associations. She operates her practice under A. W. & Associates.
She holds membership in The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and Asean Chartered Professional Accountants.
